Second Century Foundation: The 2CF is a non-profit foundation (501-C3) located in Mobridge, South Dakota. The 2CF was started by One World’s co-founder and CEO,Thomas Unterseher, to act as One World’s philanthropic arm. The foundation’ stated objective is to preserve the past, while enhancing the future of Mobridge,South Dakota, which is the location of One World’s corporate headquarters.

The Second Century Foundation was a major supporter of Centennial Plaza, pictured above. The Plaza, which is located on the Main Street of Mobridge, was dedicated on July 1st, 2006 in celebration of the Centennial of Mobridge. Centennial Plaza features historic photos of Mobridge’s first one-hundred years; a green space, fountain and performance space. The 2CF consistently sponsors art related events in Mobridge,including summer season music performances.

“Friends of Scherr-Howe Arena” operates under the auspices of the 2CF. The Scherr-Howe Arena houses priceless murals painted by renowned Native American painter, Oscar Howe. Friends of Scherr-Howe is focused on preserving the murals, as well as bringing cultural events to the arena.

Board member of the 2CF include Dr. Leonard Linde, Dennis Wheeler, Kyle Jensen and One World’s founders.
