Yes, for an additional cost. We have the ability to support custom branded boxes, mailers, bubble wrap, tissue paper, gift cards, gift wrapping, marketing inserts. You name it, we support it.
Additional picks are billed at the rate stage quoted in your contract.
The carrier’s are quite sneaky. They add-in all sorts of “assessorial fees” after the product has shipped. We wanted to make life simpler, so we averaged the cost of shipping into a flat rate based on weight and shipping speed. It seems counter-intuitive, but it’s cheaper than regular zone-based shipping. It gives our clients predictable, inexpensive shipping and gives us reduced complexity. A win-win.
